Yoga
Yoga is an ancestral philosophy of life. The earliest texts, known as the Vedas, mentioning Prana (or Vital Energy) and Chakras, come from ancient India and date back over 4,000 years.
Yoga or "Yuj" means union or yoke in Sanskrit and is interpreted as the Union between Atman (our pure consciousness) and Brahman (divine consciousness).
Thanks to Yoga, we realize the importance of finding the balance between our body, our breathing and our inner being.
Meditation and Pranayama
Mindful meditation and breathing are tools we use to help break our patterns and reconnect with our being.
Becoming aware of our breathing in moments of stress or delicate situation allows us to concentrate, to relativize and to find fair solutions adapted to a situation.
The basis of meditation is its inner breath which calms the mind. The first step is to connect with the SO HAM (I am) mantra, a deep breath in and out through the nose.
"When your thoughts never stop, focus on your breath, it will place you back in the present moment."
OSHO
